Description

CenterLight Healthcare is a not-for-profit New York State Managed Long Term Care organization. Founded in 1985 to provide home healthcare services to the elderly, disabled and chronically ill in the New York metropolitan area, CenterLight Healthcare today is recognized as an innovator in the managed care field. Its Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE), which enrolled its first member in 1992, is today the largest such program in the nation. bGlobal was responsible for a complete corporate overhaul of the Centerlight web platform.

Description

United American is a publicly-traded healthcare company listed on the New York Stock Exchange with annual revenues of more than $2 billion and nearly 2,000 employees (NYSE: UAM). bGlobal was responsible for a complete corporate website overhaul leveraging the Dot Net Nuke (DNN) content management platform. We were also responsible for connecting many of the site's unique features to numerous API's both internally and externally.

Description

GFI provides quality technology, designed for accessing needed IT solutions from a single source, that includes web and mail security, archiving, backup and fax, networking and security software, and hosted IT solutions. These technologies work seamlessly, reducing the risk of clashing or gap creation. The bGlobal team developed and redesigned GFI’s VIPRE Antivirus site, creating the front end, back end, and social media integration. Leveraging responsive design techniques, we ensured that the site is useable on multiple devices, from smart phones to tablets and more.

Description

Akamai’s State of the Internet reports leverages large data points to share an informed view into online connectivity, cyber security trends and metrics, including Internet connection speeds, broadband adoption, mobile usage, outages, cyber-attacks and web security threats. bGlobal working alongside Akamai's Security Marketing team conceptualized, developed and maintained this powerful site. Leveraging a large amount of data, we successfully created a number of compelling data visualizations that were and interesting to view.

Our relationship goes all the way back to the days of Prolexic, a company which Akamai purchased back in 2013. In addition to the State of the Internet assignment, bGlobal was tasked with numerous projects over the years that required 24/7 support, a high attention to detail and hands on support by a team of bGlobal developers, QA resources, project managers and infrastructure specialists.

Outdoor Products is a recreational equipment manufacturer for outdoor adventures. In the past, the company’s products have been white-labeled OEM or sold through other retailers such as Amazon and Walmart. The company wanted to launch a direct B2C retail channel with an ecommerce site. While the company has a strong following in Asia, it wanted to build up its direct business in the Americas.

The company has had limited brand awareness and stiff competition from other mega retailers, as well as other manufacturers with established sites. The company wanted to raise its profile with consumers, engage them as brand/lifestyle champions, drive traffic to the ecommerce site, and ultimately convert that traffic into sales and repeat business. We collaborated with Outdoor Products to make a new eCommerce website come to life that authentically told their brand story. Working alongside Outdoor’s brand agency, we were able to develop a world class website that enhances the online experience for their customers’ experience while promoting their product selection. bGlobal was instrumental in the implementation of all aspects of the technology solutions put into place from cloud hosting on the Amazon cloud, to the integration of many tools to help support a growing online business. Next, bGlobal was able to handle all inbound tier 1 customer support and online marketing efforts including SEO/SEM.

Description

bGlobal, working alongside our agency partner, Bayard Advertising, supported Swift Transportation, a leading transport company, with their online presence. bGlobal re-strategized and re-developed Swift’s corporate site with a better user experience and in depth information about the company and its services and facilities.

To further support Swift, bGlobal has recently developed an employee site, focusing solely on the benefits for drivers, owner operators, and office/shop owners. Users can glean information on compensation and benefits, get answers to initial queries, and download and fill out different forms including agreements, checklists, requirements, and statements. Upon entering the site, users are asked for specific registration information, which the company stores in a database for future reference.
